The CYSI High-Purity Scandium (Sc) Sputtering Target is a rare earth metal target in growing demand for aluminium scandium nitride (AlScN) piezoelectric film deposition in next-generation 5G/6G BAW filters and MEMS resonators. Scandium addition to AlN dramatically enhances the piezoelectric coefficient, enabling higher Q-values and smaller device footprints. This target also supports scandium-doped oxide electrolyte films for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs).
