High-purity Tin Oxide (SnO₂) sputtering targets for RF magnetron deposition of fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) transparent electrodes, n-type gas sensor films, and optical coatings. SnO₂ is a wide-bandgap (3.6–3.8 eV) n-type semiconductor with high electrical conductivity when fluorine-doped, making FTO the standard transparent electrode in dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSC), perovskite solar cells, and electrochemical sensors. CY Scientific SnO₂ targets are sintered to > 95% density.
