Dual-Column Continuous Gas Purification System
Single-column purification systems require periodic regeneration cycles during which purification capacity is temporarily reduced. For high-throughput research environments — multiple users, frequent antechamber cycling, large box volumes — this intermittent capacity reduction can cause brief atmosphere quality excursions. The dual-column system eliminates this limitation entirely: while column A is actively purifying the box atmosphere, column B undergoes thermal regeneration simultaneously. When column A reaches saturation, the system switches automatically — column B takes over purification while column A regenerates — maintaining full purification capacity continuously, 24 hours a day, without operator intervention.
